Cobalt Blue & More

Project type

Kitchen and Dining Area

Epping

Greater London

This stylish kitchen and dining interior embraces a confident mix of colour, form, and contemporary craftsmanship to create a highly personalised space for modern family living. Bold colour has been used as a design tool to define zones, create visual rhythm, and establish a distinctive identity throughout the open-plan layout. Rich cobalt blue cabinetry forms a striking focal point, beautifully balanced by warm oak finishes, matte black detailing, and soft sage green storage units that introduce warmth, depth, and harmony.

Softly upholstered dining chairs in Kirkby Design fabric anchor the dining area with natural tones and tactile comfort, while the sculptural pendant lighting creates a striking centrepiece that enhances the architectural character of the space. Carefully integrated storage, built-in appliance garages, and bespoke cabinetry maintain a clean, uncluttered aesthetic while supporting efficient everyday living. A concealed sage green lift-up unit discreetly hides the entrance to the WC, while providing practical storage for everyday household essentials.

Layered textures, graphic patterns, and carefully curated furnishings in this kitchen renovation in Essex, bring personality and artistic expression to the interior without compromising functionality. Flooded with natural light and thoughtfully zoned for cooking, dining, and entertaining, the design delivers a welcoming, contemporary environment that balances bold creativity with effortless practicality.
